The serum formula, developed in Hesdin-l’Abbé in France, includes castor oil, squalane and Vitamin E.
The pencil is made of cedar wood, with an infinitely recyclable metal cap. Le Khol Noir compliments Le Sérum Noir to create the perfect clean and intense look.
