How can I receive more help placing an order?
Please call us with details of the item you wish to purchase and your billing information and we will process your order. Why are all of the brands available in the store not online?

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order is placed, payment is captured immediately. At that time, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. After you have submitted your order, your transaction will be reviewed. Within 2 days your order is packaged and picked up by UPS you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Why should I create an account online?
Creating an account online allows for a more convenient purchasing experience. Your address and payment information can be store so it is not necessary to enter it at each checkout. Your information is secure with us.
How do I create an account?
To create an online account, go to the person icon on the top right navigation menu and select create an account. You will be able to create your profile and save your shipping addresses and payment info
Can I edit my order?
Unfortunately once an order is placed we are unable to edit it. Please contact us at 786.473.4319 and we will cancel your order and place a new one.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, UnionPay, Diner's Club, and JCB. We also accept payment through PayPal and Apple Pay.
I shipped my return. When will I receive my credit?
Please allow for 2-3 business days after the receipt of your return shipment for us to process your merchandise credit. You will be notified via e-mail with receipt confirmation of your credit number. If you have an inquiry about the status of your return please email email@example.com
How much does shipping cost?
