Shipping & Returns

Orders are shipped with Fedex Ground free of charge. Violet & Grace ships to all mainland US territories. 

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, items can be returned for store credit within 7 days.

Exchanges and returns are only accepted on unworn and unused items with all original tags attached. After quality inspection upon return receipt we will issue a store credit, which can be used either in store or online. Sales and promotional items can not be exchanged or returned. Any shipping costs cannot be refunded. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
